Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 6, 2026

This policy explains how Clawly collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, dashboard, integrations, and related services.

Information we collect

We collect account and workspace information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and plan metadata.

We process workflow data that you choose to connect, including agent prompts, configuration, message content, audit events, files, and integration metadata needed to operate the product.

We collect operational data such as logs, runtime health, usage metrics, device/browser metadata, and support correspondence to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

We use data to authenticate users, provision workspaces and agents, route tasks, operate integrations, monitor runtime health, and provide support.

We use usage and billing data to enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, measure product performance, and process subscriptions or invoices.

We may use de-identified or aggregated data to improve product reliability, planning, and analytics.

AI and third-party processors

Clawly may send selected workflow content to model providers and infrastructure subprocessors in order to generate responses, run automations, and operate the platform.

Connected integrations act on your instructions and workspace configuration. Clawly only requests the scopes and credentials needed for the workflows you enable.

We do not intentionally use customer integration data to train public foundation models unless a provider-specific setting or contract explicitly says otherwise.

Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You can request deletion of your account or workspace data by contacting privacy@clawly.com. Some records may be retained for security, billing, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

When an integration is disconnected, we stop using the associated credentials and remove or rotate them according to the platform's credential management rules.

Security

Clawly uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data, credentials, and connected workflows.

These controls include encrypted transport, managed secret storage, access controls, audit logging, and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, and you should use strong passwords and protect your credentials.

Your choices

You can update account details from the product, disconnect integrations, and request deletion or export support by contacting privacy@clawly.com.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact security@clawly.com immediately.
