These terms govern your use of Clawly's website, dashboard, integrations, autonomous workflows, and related paid or free services.
You may use Clawly only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your workspace, connected tools, credentials, and the actions you authorize inside the product.
You may not use Clawly to violate the rights of others, interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, distribute malware, or run unlawful, abusive, or deceptive workflows.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any third-party tokens, API keys, or integration access you configure.
Workspace owners are responsible for permissions, member access, and the connected systems used by their agents.
Third-party services such as GitHub, Slack, HubSpot, email providers, payment processors, and model providers are governed by their own terms and policies in addition to these terms.
Paid plans, usage-based charges, and related billing events may be processed through Stripe or another designated payment processor.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate order form, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change prices, packaging, or plan limits prospectively by providing notice through the product, website, email, or order documentation.
Clawly includes AI-assisted outputs and autonomous workflows. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your use case.
You remain responsible for reviewing sensitive outputs, setting guardrails, supervising connected automations, and validating actions before relying on them in production, customer, legal, financial, or safety-critical settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, billing, abuse, or platform-stability risk.
You may stop using the service at any time. On termination or cancellation, access may end immediately, but certain data may be retained for billing, legal, security, or compliance purposes.
Clawly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except to the extent a separate written agreement says otherwise. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect model output, or compatibility with every third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawly and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the service.
